Crysis Multiplayer
I'm an American rushing from a submarine onto a dense tropical island on a small raft with another trooper; always on the lookout for the enemy North Koreans. My objective? To overrun the North Korean base and to take control of this damned island. But first, my troops and I are concerned with controlling the war factory which could give us an advantage; the ability to buy vehicles such as light tanks, heavy tanks, TAC tank, and a four-wheel truck. Welcome to Crysis multiplayer.
Using my PDA, I buy a few guns and outfit my nano-enhanced self. Weapons range from a simple pistol to frag grenades, an SMG, two types of assault rifles, gauss rifle, rocket launcher, and chaingun. Heck, I can even purchase a lockpick kit if there is need for one. Pulling up the nanosuit and weapon customization menu is cinch and requires only a mouse-click. I can even opt to forgo guns and simply use my hands to take on the enemy if I am feeling courageous enough.
I hit the island and am overwhelmed by its sheer size; it could probably hold hundreds of players. I pull out some binoculars to look around the tropical atmosphere surrounding me before using my PDA to help me find my way around. Alas, I find my way to the war factory where I am mowed down by vile North Koreans.
Conclusion:
Clearly, Crysis multiplayer is going to be a fun time. While quite a bit of attention has been put on the singleplayer mode, from all available multiplayer reports, the multiplayer is not lacking whatsoever and is definitly something to look forward to.
